Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

SQA Marshal Limited is a registered firm under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in Nigeria, providing top-tier software testing and software development services, professional training, and consultancy to both individuals and corporate organizations. Our services include:

  • Software Development

  • Professional Training (live sessions and self-paced courses)

  • Software Testing Services

  • QA Consultancy

We are driven by the values of quality delivery, trust, intentionality, and customer empathy.

2. Use of Our Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Use the site only for lawful purposes.

  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the website’s operation.

  • Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or impair the website’s performance or accessibility.

      3. Training Services

      When enrolling in our training programs, you agree to:

      • Provide accurate and current information during registration.

      • Adhere to the course schedule and actively participate in practical sessions, assessments, and assignments.

      • Respect all course participants, instructors, and intellectual property rights.

      • Understand that course access is contingent on fulfilling payment obligations.

      We reserve the right to deny or revoke access in the case of misconduct, non-payment, or breach of our code of conduct.

          4. Payment & Refund Policy

          For Students

          • Full or installment payments must be made before access is granted to any training program.

          • Students are eligible for a refund only within the first two (2) weeks after payment.

          • Refunds will not be issued:

            • After the two-week window.

            • If the student does not notify the company of their absence within the refund window.

          • Installment plans must be followed strictly to maintain access to course materials.

          • SQA Marshal Limited reserves the right to suspend access due to payment default.

          • No payment shall be made into any account order than the one provided and verified by SQA Marshal (students and organizations are advised to contact the SQA Marshal to verify bank account  before making any payment).  Kindly refer to the contact details at the bottom of this page.

          For Trainers (Adhoc Employment)

          • Trainers employed on an ad-hoc or contract basis will be engaged under a clearly defined agreement or letter of engagement.

          • Payments to trainers will be made based on agreed timelines, session delivery, or milestones.

          • SQA Marshal Limited may adjust or withhold payment if deliverables are unmet or fall below the required standard.

          • Any content, materials, or intellectual property developed for training remains the property of SQA Marshal Limited unless stated otherwise in writing.

              5. Terms for Corporate Clients

              SQA Marshal Limited offers tailored QA training and consulting to organizations. By engaging with us, corporate clients agree to the following:

              Service Engagement

              • A written agreement or MoU will outline the scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables.

              • Any additional requests outside the agreement will incur extra charges.

              Payment Terms

              • Unless otherwise specified, 50% of service fees are required upfront, with the balance payable upon milestone or project completion.

              • Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.

              Confidentiality

              • We maintain strict confidentiality over any data, documentation, or internal processes shared with us during the engagement.

              Access & Communication

              • Clients must provide necessary access and collaboration to ensure timely service delivery.

              Cancellation & Rescheduling

              • Service cancellations must be made in writing at least 7 days before project commencement to avoid penalties.

              • Rescheduling is subject to mutual agreement and may attract additional fees depending on timing and availability.

                  6. Intellectual Property

                  All content provided through our services; training materials, videos, templates, tools, and resources; is protected by intellectual property laws.

                  You may not:

                  • Reproduce, republish, share, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

                  • Use our brand assets, logo, or name for promotional purposes without approval.

                      7. Testimonials and User Content

                      By submitting feedback, reviews, or testimonials to SQA Marshal Limited, you grant us the right to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise stated in writing.

                          8. Disclaimers

                          Our services are designed for educational and professional development purposes. We do not:

                          • Guarantee employment or job placement upon course completion.

                          • Take responsibility for performance or policy changes in third-party tools (e.g., Jenkins, Postman, Cypress).

                              9. Limitation of Liability

                              SQA Marshal Limited shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, business, or revenue.

                                  10. Privacy

                                  Your privacy is important to us. We handle your personal data responsibly. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how we collect, store, and process information.

                                      11. Changes to Terms

                                      We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
