Role Overview:

We are seeking a Direct Sales Consultant (Quality Assurance) to drive enrollment in our ISTQB Exam Preparatory Programs. This role is ideal for a sales-oriented individual with a passion for tech education, specifically in the QA space. The consultant will directly engage with experienced QA engineers, pitching our CTFL and CTAL-TM training programs, converting leads into paid enrollments, and building long-term professional relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively pitch and promote SQA Marshal’s ISTQB preparatory training programs (CTFL & CTAL-TM) to experienced QA professionals.

  • Identify, qualify, and follow up with high-potential leads through calls, emails, social media, and direct outreach.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate QA teams, engineering professionals, and tech communities.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with lead generation activities.

  • Deliver product presentations, conduct info sessions, and provide program walkthroughs to prospective participants.

  • Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide timely reporting on sales progress and performance.

  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and enrollment goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B/B2C direct sales, preferably in the education or tech sector.

  • Familiarity with Quality Assurance concepts, certifications (especially ISTQB), and career paths in QA.

  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to build rapport with technical professionals.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with a dynamic team.

  • Experience with CRM tools, lead tracking, and basic sales reporting is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Tech Sales.

  • Understanding of ISTQB certification pathways and value propositions.

  • Existing network in the QA/tech industry is a strong plus.
